A
number of pre-configured reports are readily available in a drop down
menu making it unnecessary to purchase and run any third party
applications. The reports can also be exported to programs such as Excel
or as data files. Reports that are not standard can be generated and
added to the list of available reports. Policy schedules are printed via
the policy front end and are also automatically selected to a printing
queue for processing as a batch. Welcome letters and/or standard letters
can be set up and printed with your schedule. For the e-mailing of
schedules the system generates a HTML form of the schedule whereby
sensitive information such as banking details are suppressed. The
clients can also be notified of amendments via SMS.
